Thorens Record Changer (1942) Model Symphony CD53 (3 speed: 78, 45 & 33,3 r.p.m.) This unique changer plays both sides of the record. It has two platters (top and bottom). One inserts the records on the top plate. When playing, the arm-cartridge revolves of 180° and plays the record upside down, when finished the record drops on the lower turntable and the arm-cartridge revolves again of 180° and plays the other side in the conventional manner, an so on... |
